Our Adult Learn To Swim program has returned this winter!

Program Details: Adult Learn to Swim is open to anyone with little to no swimming experience and all participants will receive professional swim instruction over the course of 4 one-hour classes.

Participants will learn how to enter water over their head and return to the surface, how to turn around and orient safely, how to roll over and float, how to tread water, and how to safely exit the water.  By the end of the sessions, participants will understand the breath and forward movement techniques to swim at least 25 yards, and will have a general understanding and respect for the water and its hazards.

Sessions: This winter we are offering four sessions of four classes each. To preserve spots for as many students as possible, we ask that you sign up for only one session. Spots are limited and registration is first come first serve.  Participants must commit to all four sessions to participate.

To Register: A non-refundable $25 registration fee purchased through Eventbrite reserves your spot for all one session of four classes. All registered participants will be contacted with additional paperwork, which must be completed to confirm your spot.
